BREWHOUSE   3 brews with 2 shifts or 2 brews in 12 hours Capacity : 60 hl with high density and up to 120 hl at 12° plato using the 2 mashing vessels. Vessels made of copper and riveted • 1 vessel used for mashing and boiling with agitator and steam heating jacket (60 hl). Pouring of 1200 Kg up to 1600 Kg to producte 50hl at 9° or 10° alcohol • 1 vessel identical to the first one but without agitator.
