Brewhouse with pouring from 700 Kg to 1200 Kg (30 to 60 HL)

1. MALT HANDLING
– Malt silo of 30 tons capacity
– Malt conveyors to mill
– 2 roll mill from GRUBER built in 2017 (capacity : 1500 Kg / hour)
– Flour conveyor to grist case
– Grist case from VENTILEC with weighing cells built in 2017 (capacity : 1500Kg)
– Conveyor to mashing vessel
2. BREWHOUSE
3 brews with 2 shifts or 2 brews in 12 hours
Capacity : 60 hl with high density and up to 120 hl at 12° plato using the 2 mashing vessels.
Vessels made of copper and riveted
* 1 vessel used for mashing and boiling with agitator and steam heating jacket (60 hl). Pouring of 1200 Kg up to 1600 Kg to producte 50hl at 9° or 10° alcohol
* 1 vessel identical to the first one but without agitator. Can either be used as a buffer tank after lautering or as a second boiler
* 1 stainless steel lauter tune with copper outlet
* 1 hot water tank
* Plateforme
* 1° wort cooler from KELVION (cold water cooled) to reduce wort T° from 100°C down to 25°c (high fermentation)
* 2° wort cooler from BARRIQUAND (glycol cooled) to reduce wort T° from 25°C down to 8°c (low fermentation)
* Brewing water treatment (softener) AIGATECH + 3 light UV treatment
